Valley Forge is a trading name of Utilities Combined Ltd, 9 High Street, Tring, Hertfordshire HP23 5TE, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16247967. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us about privacy at ValleyForge@ucl.works or on 01442 601383.
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, telephone number, postcode, and any email address, message and cabin estimate you include. We use them to reply, arrange and carry out a consultation, and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
If you tick the newsletter box, we also use your name and email address to send occasional Valley Forge news, ideas and offers, based on your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to stop at any time.
If you become a customer, we keep project records, drawings, certificates and invoices for as long as the law requires (normally six years after the work, longer for electrical certificates).
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after 24 months.
We don’t sell your information. We use trusted providers to run the business: Hostinger (website hosting and email), Namecheap (domain name), and our accountants and software for invoicing. Where we use subcontractors on your project, they receive only what they need for the work. Some providers may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
